Circular 03/22 - Change: Flat Rate amendment from Worldscale

Following the Worldscale Circular #16 (2022) announcing an amendment to the flat rates for loading or discharging at Hound Point effective 28 January 2022.

Please note the Baltic Exchange will be applying this amendment of flat rates in order to reflect the change to the following relevant Baltic indices from 01st February 2022.
