Family: BLNG Following market engagement and Panellist consultation the Baltic is inviting members to submit feedback with regard to the change of vessel size description for the BLNG Index . Details of how to respond to the four questions are set out in the consultation paper, which is available Here. The Baltic requests all comments by 31 October 2023. The paper briefly summarises the feedback received by the Baltic through its consultation process to date (which remains ongoing). At the end of the consultation period, the Baltic will collate all feedback received and submit a summary of responses to the Baltic Index Council (BIC) for its consideration. The BIC is then responsible for determining whether a change to the BLNG vessel description is warranted and necessary.
