Update: Flat Rate Excluding Carbon

Further to Baltic Circular ID: MA/Tankers/202409/29/N 

From 2 January 2025 the Baltic will publish, on balticexchange.com, the USD settlement value excluding carbon for the indices in the table below.   
Values will be published in 2025 up to and including 24 December2025 (last assessment date for 2025). 

Worldscale Association has advised via circular No.100.5(2024) published on 28/10/24 that the cost of carbon used in the 2025, carbon inclusive, flat rates has been calculated and fixed at $75.84.  
The Baltic has requested WS to provide a flat rate excluding the $75.84 cost of carbon (Round voyage basis).
The Flat rate excluding the cost of carbon will be valid for 2025, with no adjustment.
