Circular 11/24 Consultation: BCI Vessel and C5TC weightings
Family: BCI Following market engagement and Panellist consultation the Baltic is inviting members and the wider market to submit feedback with regard to a change in the Baltic Standard Capesize description, and a review of the weightings of the Capesize Timecharter Average (C5TC).

The Baltic requests all responses by 30th June 2024. At the end of the consultation period, the Baltic will collate all feedback received and submit a summary of responses to the Baltic Index Council (BIC) for its consideration. The BIC is then responsible for determining whether to proceed with a period of Dual Reporting for an updated vessel.
