Further to Circulars 17/23 and 18/23

 

The Baltic Index Council (BIC) has given approval for the completion of the dual reporting period.

 

The final day of dual reporting will be 30th August after which the ten BSI58 routes will cease publication and the S10TC will be derived from the S11TC based on the BSI63 assessments and routes.

 

A fixed differential will be deducted from the S11TC to determine the value of the S10TC . The market will be advised of the value of the fixed differential by way of circular.
