After much anticipation the Baltic Wine Society is launching on 19 October at the Baltic Exchange. The subsidised society aims to host six events per year at different City venues, hosted by members and certified wine experts David Hughes and Nicola Eyles.

Easing into the tasting with a glass of fizz, this first get together will give everyone a chance to taste different styles and types of wine. Experimenting with ‘oaking’ in whites, tannins in reds and rosé, this initial tasting will lay the foundations for the next 12 months and provide the chance to learn about wine and be part of the club as it grows.
