Last week, a series of Baltic Freight Meetings took place in Athens on 16 June, Shanghai 15 June and Tokyo 19 June, consisting of a series of meetings for members and others interested in Baltic services, market information and freight derivatives. Each event was organised in collaboration with the Dry FFA Brokers Association and coincided with other, locally based conferences and events.

The meetings included workshops on managing freight market price risk and each session featured leading market analysis as well as an overview of market benchmarks, indices, alterations to the Baltic’s data policy and how this affects information users.
