Baltic Exchange honours Remembrance Day with RLNI Salcombe

Former director of the Baltic Exchange Ian Lauder represented the company at a Remembrance Day service in Salcombe on the south coast of England this past weekend, joining former and current servicemen and members of the local community to honour those that have lost their lives in service.
Ian represented the Baltic Exchange's staff and members alongside RNLI Salcombe, which the Baltic Exchange continues to support, laying a poppy wreath on the company's behalf.
The Salcombe Lifeboat was lost in 1916 during the First World War, alongside 13 members of its crew that are remembered on an official War Memorial.
"As we that are left grow old; age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them."
