David Harold Clements


Members will learn with deep regret of the death of David Harold Clements.
 

Mr Clements was first elected a Member of the Baltic Exchange in 1974.  He represented Celtic Chartering Ltd (1978-82) and Pall Mall Shipping & Trading Co Ltd (1982-89).
