The next round of Baltic Academy webinars for our Ship Finance course kick off on 12 April with a session comparing traditional with alternative and sustainable finance. Led by Professor Nomikos of Bayes Business School, the session is part of a 18 hour programme which combines video, slides and live webinars. By signing up to Ship Finance participants will learn how to:

  • Analyse an IPO prospectus
  • Estimate the probability of IPO underpricing & default of high yield bonds
  • Calibrate and test risk models
  • Evaluate vessel portfolio risk
  • Identify shipping cycle phases
  • Use shipping sentiment as a trading tool for S&P

We will also be running live classroom sessions in Singapore 29 May - 1 June for our popular freight derivative trading courses.

Employees of Baltic Member firms enjoy a 30% fee discount.
