Alan Dennerley Pollitt

 

Members will learn with regret of the death of Alan Pollitt on 12 January 2024.

 

Mr Pollitt was first elected a Member of the Baltic in 1954. Between 1972 – 85 he represented Faros Chartering Co Ltd before becoming a Retired Member.

 

His funeral will be held on Tuesday 5 March 2024, 1400, at the Methodist Church, 9 Bridge Street, Hungerford, Berkshire, RG17 0EH. 

 

There will be an interment afterwards at St Saviour's Cemetery on the Eddington Road for those who wish to join the family. (RG17 0HA)

 

Members are also welcome to join the family for refreshments after the service at The Three Swans in Hungerford High Street (RG17 0LZ). Parking is available in the Station Car Park - accessed from Park Street (RG17 0DY).
