Baltic Exchange is updating its email distribution platform as part of an ongoing project to centralise the distribution of our data. This includes aligning the PDF reports with our website, app, and API.

As part of the change, we will use a new email server to distribute the PDF report. This change of email server and originating IP address may result in the report ending up in your spam folder or being blocked by your email system. The email address sending the reports is unchanged noreply@balticexchange.com

To ensure a smooth transition and prevent any delays, we recommend contacting your IT department to inform them of this change, as they may need to adjust your email filtering settings to accommodate the following IP address: 198.2.134.12
